From AdBusters come these two spoof ads that I hadn’t seen before. They’d do pretty good for a drinking and driving prevention campaign, but I don’t think Absolut would be so pleased with it. Nevertheless, nice thinking. The one with the chalk on the asphalt isn’t that spoofy though, because it has actually been used in a campaign in Romenia, as I’ve blogged earlier.
Copy: “Nearly 50% of automobile fatalities are linked to alcohol. 10% of North Americans are alcoholics. A teenager sees 100,000 alcohol ads before reaching the legal drinking age.”
