Tiny Advertising

14 Oct 2006

These ads for the Minature/Model-Makers Fair in Vienna reminded me a lot of the British art project ‘Little People’. Nevertheless, the execution is very cute and attractive and certainly an eye-catcher for those who are confronted with it. Given the tininess of the project, I wonder if the little puppets were attached to the surface they were placed on, because I think a lot of people would just take it home and the larger part of the target audience wouldn’t have had the chance to be exposed to the message in this form. Obviously posters and billboards would cover this, but still… it’s the idea that counts.
