From the Golden Drum shortlist are these ads for a washing detergent from Procter & Gamble. This is a keen way to illustrate the effect of washing your favorite t-shirt far too often with no color-protection. As much as I like the images and admire the creative output, what I’m missing here is a decent product placement. A missed opportunity for the brand to promote the product it actually wants to promote. A small logo in the corner of the images would’ve been enough. Now I’m stuck with some nice ads of which I don’t even know what product they represent. I’m guessing Ariel or something like that.

Coolz0r’s right about the lack of branding. The idea of warping music band names is cool, though. Any ideas for Pinkish Floyd, Green Day, The White Stripes?
