3FM Guerrilla Street Marketing

18 Mar 2006

3FM is a radio station in The Netherlands, which mostly aims at the younger generation. They did a pretty cool street marketing campaign where they turned sewer shelves into turntables and electricity dispatchers into speakers. Pretty clever.

3FM has always had a very distinctive way to advertise, even in their commercials, which are more mini-documentaries of artists and their way of life. Check out the commercials archive, and start with this one from Faithless. (some of the commercials are spoken in Dutch, if it’s in English it has subtitles)
