Check out this 3D billboard for Bustop underwear. It was made by Clemenger BBDO, New Zealand. The idea is pretty simple, they’ve attached a ‘real’ skirt on top of the billboard, so if the wind plays with it, you get some sort of Marilyn Monroe effect (you remember the famous pose, no doubt)
I bet it could cause traffic accidents if it’s placed on the right spot, and that’s what it’s all about. Grabbing attention. (not causing accidents, of course.)
