Nike’s Google Mashup lets you use their map to search routes or plot measure and save your run so others can use it too. You can search by postcode, route-length or type of run for routes that have been tried and tested by fellow londoners.
Over the past five years we’ve seen tens of thousands of Londoners take to the city’s streets, parks and pavements for night runs, day runs, wet runs and dry runs. Whether it’s at a Nike Training run, a 10K event, or one of this year’s regular timed 5Ks, nothing can match the motivation that comes from running alongside a few thousand of your fellow Londoners.
But don’t take our word for it. You can become part of the Run London community any time throughout the year, just by signing up when it’s time for the next 5K run. Or you can hold out until the 2006 10K event comes around.
