8by1 helps you evangelize your wishes for the world, and connects you with similar-minded people who also want these wishes to come true. The 8by1 community empowers even the casual people like you and me to make our world how we like it.
8by1 translates as “vertical infinity by anyone”. The world is far from being ideal for most people, with regards to serious topics, to not-so-serious (yet important) ones. From unstable global politics, to lack of interesting local TV shows. From “No More War!”, to “Bring Back MacGyver!”. Everyone has ideas on how to make the world better on these topics, but not everyone is an aggressive activist passionate enough to spend days and months fighting for what they believe in.
Using the user-centric web 2.0 approach, 8by1 enables common people like you and me to easily contribute to the causes we believe in. 8by1 creates a tightly-knitted community connecting similar-minded people, both locally and across the globe. We strive to build a platform to enable common people to make an impact to the world in all ways. We hope at 8by1, infinite possibilities can be achieved by anyone, and everyone.
